Coaching services built around clarity, structure, and long-term progress

Summit offers coaching pathways for people who want to train properly, whether you’re learning Olympic lifting, navigating pain & injury, or need structure with the right support around you.

Learn to Lift

Learn to Lift is a short, personalised coaching pathway for people who care about their training but feel unsure, under-confident, or unsupported.

We slow things down, break the lifts into manageable pieces, and help you understand what you should be feeling, fixing, and prioritising, before moving into ongoing training.

Small-group coaching built around in-person feedback, personalised training structure, and a supportive community.

You’ll follow a clear weekly program, train alongside like-minded lifters, and actually understand what you’re working on, not just show up and guess.

Online Coaching

Remote coaching for athletes and lifters who want structure, clarity, and accountability without training in-person.

You’ll receive structured programming, feedback, and guidance so every session has purpose, even when you’re training independently.

Not sure where to start?

If you’re unsure which option fits your experience, goals, or situation, the best next step is a conversation.
